Pick Up Service
Whenever possible, rentals are picked up from our storage location in Union Point, GA. Pick-up and return times are by appointment, so we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
Shipping Policy
Some of our smaller items can be shipped! If an item isn't eligible for shipping, we'll let you know in the item's description.
Shipping costs are additional and will be provided after your reservation. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and its destination. Insurance is required based on the replacement value of items.
Delivery Policy
Need us to bring it to you? Delivery may be available within a 30-mile radius for rental orders of $200 or more.
Standard delivery is to the closest location our truck can safely access. Stairs, elevators, long carries, or anything requiring additional time may result in an additional fee.
